Current listing turnaround times are updated at the top of this webpage. Turnaround times start when your order has been received and the contents confirmed. You will receive an notification when this happens.

Not always. In some cases, you will see your cards listed over a period of 2-3 business days, though they can be spaced out by as far as a week. This may be due to the size of the submission or other factors requiring more time between listings.

What we do accept:

• Graded items
• Lots of trading cards (lots must be made up of identical cards only)
• Raw Pokemon singles of $5 value or greater
• Comics of any era
• Graded Comics
• Memorabilia certified by a major authenticator (PSA, JSA, SGC, Beckett, TriStar) including tickets, autographs, etc

Please note that non-trading card items are a 80% payout minus a $0.50 listing fee per item, regardless of sale price.

What we do NOT accept:

• Mixed lots of various cards, players, teams, etc
• Altered cards, custom cards, or uncertified reprints
• Autographs/memorabilia not certified by Beckett, PSA, SGC, JSA, TriStar or another major authenticator

You can send as many cards as you like! There is no maximum and no minimum!

*Submissions over 250 cards may be listed over the course of 2-3 business days and on occasion, up to a week to accommodate the number of listings.

Here are some important guidelines for shipping us your cards:

Start by filling out our submission form. Our team will email you instructions for packing and shipping your submission. Use the Inventory Sheet to record your submission - print and include with your submission! Please do NOT ship us anything until you have received an email with instructions to do so!

Carefully pack your items:

• Graded items should in slab bags to prevent scuffs and scratching.
• All raw cards MUST be in sleeves and top loaders or card savers.
• We recommend packing in team bags (when appropriate) to keep cards safe and secure in shipping.
• Use an appropriate amount of protective packing materials.
• Please DO NOT apply any tape or stickers to slabs, raw cards, or card sleeves/top loaders/card savers.

All listings are 5-day auctions on eBay starting at $0.99. We do not use reserves on any auctions.

*In order to work around holidays or times our team is out of the office, at times we may list auctions as 7-day or 10-day.

Buy It Now Listings

We offer Buy It Now/Or Best Offer eBay listings with the following requirements:

• Cards must be $100 and up
• You must provide us with the Buy It Now price, and lowest amount you are willing to accept. Please write on a note inside the package the card for Buy It Now, list price and lowest you would take price. 

Yes! However, the package MUST include your name and email so we can identify it as yours and apply it to your account.

It depends on the eBay sale amount and reason for return:

If an item is returned that sold for $500 or more, or is found to be altered or not authentic, we will deduct the net amount you received from your account. Items deemed to be altered or not authentic will be returned to you at your cost and if we feel this could have been intentional, we will no longer sell items for you. If a $500+ sale is returned for something minor, we will deduct the money from your account and relist it.

Items returned that are below $500 and do not have issues of authenticity and if we’ve ruled out shill bidding or other foul play by the owner will be handled at our expense. You get paid and we handle the rest!*

*Cards that are severely damaged, but not noted before listing, may be charged back to the customer. If you are sending in a card with damage, please make us aware to avoid a return charge on your account.

NO.  This is a zero-tolerance rule.

Shill bidding of your own items will result in us ending and returning any remaining items of yours we have, and we will no longer accept consignments from you in the future.

Ebay buyers get 7 days to pay and receive combined shipping on our items. This helps everyone’s sales, especially lower end items as many buyers will bid on several low end items and save on shipping. After 7 days, if items are still unpaid for, we’ll open an unpaid item case against the buyer. If the items are still unpaid after the 11th day, they will automatically relist on the 12th day.

If a card is listed and does not receive a bid at auction, those items are not returned or relisted. Due to the time required for our team to list these items, these will still incur the $0.99 listing fee.

We highly encourage you to review the items we do accept, and stick to the $5 and up price range, to avoid items going unsold and maximize the return to you on your sales.
